How often do
you lose that little, orange Emergency Response Guide?
Enforcement officers say that when they really need
it, it gets lost in the trunk or back seat of their
car. Well, HazMat Trucking Enforcer software has made
it faster and easier to access the North American Emergency
Response Guide 2000 edition (current edition).
By combining
multiple sections of the guide into one page, HazMat
Trucking Enforcer will save time and aggravation. For
instance, if you are a first responder on the scene
of a spill or fire, you have two fast ways to access
the information.
The first way
is recognizing the placard (hazard class). If the placard
is visible on the truck, you simply click the picture
of the placard in the software. The hyperlink will immediately
take you to the appropriate guide with the proper evacuation
procedures, protective clothing, first aid procedures,
etc. The second way of accessing the appropriate guide
is by knowing the chemical (or UN/NA number). Either
way, it provides you with one sheet of information for
the hazardous material and isolation/protective action
distances. Therefore, it does the reference work for
you. You no longer have to search through the blue and
yellow sections of the guide to find the information
you need in the green section. It's all in one place
in just one click!
Along with the
addition of the Emergency Response guide, HazMat Trucking
Enforcer Shipping Paper Auditor now supports Class 7
Radioactive hazardous materials. This puzzle piece fits
neatly into this powerful package to help you perform
level 1 and level 3 inspections with Placarding Auditor,
Segregation Auditor, Labeling Auditor, Marking Auditor
and the Hazmat Regulations.
With these new
advancements in addition to HazMat Trucking Enforcer's
current power, it's no wonder why states like Alabama,
New Mexico, North Dakota, North Carolina, Pennsylvania,
South Dakota, Wisconsin and Wyoming have purchased and
states like Alaska, Arkansas, California, Colorado,
Michigan, Nevada, South Carolina, Texas, West Virginia,
and Virginia are currently evaluating HazMat Trucking
Enforcer.
