Modified on April 3, 2002 - On June 21, 2001, RSPA published a final rule under Docket HM-215D amending the Hazardous Materials Regulations (HMR) based on corresponding provisions of international standards. The revisions were made to facilitate the transportation of hazardous materials in international commerce.
